The eerie alleys and sinister dwellings of Arkham hide supernatural forces, terrifying secrets, and indescribable monsters. Within those ancient mansions, gibbering madmen and merciless cultists pray to the Great Old Ones, and creatures unknown to mortal scholars prowl beneath the light of a crescent moon. Tonight, brave investigators will enter one of Arkham's locked doors to challenge the madness that lurks within...

The game features multiple replayable scenarios. During each game, 1 to 5 players explore a location in an attempt to unravel a mystery. Players must work together to overcome the challenges presented by the application. All players are on the same team and win or lose the game together. The investigators' ultimate goal is to explore the scenario map and gather the evidence and clues required to solve the mystery.

Investigators will also have to overcome various challenges, including fending off fearsome creatures, befriending non-player characters, and solving puzzles. But be careful to keep your physical health high (you have to stay alive!) and mental health high (otherwise you'll go mad, and who knows what might happen...)! During the Investigator Phase, each investigator can perform a maximum of two actions from among those available: movement, exploration, interaction, attack, etc. The Investigator Phase is followed by the Mythos Phase, where, essentially, horrible things happen! Will you be able to complete the mission without losing your life or your sanity?
