In this penultimate volume of the Magnakai saga, you must rely on your wits as you navigate a parallel world, knowing that you are as close to your ultimate goal as you are to the abyss of no return.
Lone Wolf is a fantasy series created by the English writer Joe Dever, published across various media beginning in 1984. It consists of two gamebook series (Lone Wolf and Grey Star), 12 novels, a role-playing game, 3 video games, a comic book, and an illustrated guide, all set in Magnamund, the fictional world invented by Dever.
Joe Dever was a British writer and game designer. In 1984, he wrote Flight from the Dark, the first Lone Wolf gamebook. Both the debut volume and its sequel sold one hundred thousand copies each in their first week of release, and the rights were sold in twelve countries around the world. The success of Dever’s first book laid the foundations for the future of the entire Lone Wolf series, which has sold more than 8 million copies worldwide.
