The catalog for Zerocalcare's major exhibition at the MAXXI in Rome (November 10, 2018 – March 10, 2019) was edited by BAO and contains four never-before-published comic strips, critical essays by Claudio Calia, Francesca Romana Elisei, Oscar Glioti, and Loredana Lipperini, as well as hundreds of rare or previously unseen drawings, retracing over fifteen years of the Rebibbia artist's life and work. An important book, both for the author's personal story and for a piece of recent history, presented in the same format as Macerie prime and made essential by a chronology from 1999 to 2018 (written by Oscar Glioti) that contextualizes Zerocalcare with a precision never before achieved in writings about him.
